Jodie O’Conner
Jodie O’Conner has been an integral part of Premier Linen Services since 2010, initially working part-time across various areas of the business, including production, dispatch, HR, customer service, and finance. Her comprehensive understanding of Premier Linen Services’s operations is backed by a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship.
Alongside her early involvement with Premier Linen Services, Jodie gained valuable experience at Actavo, where she honed her skills in customer service and logistics. She also worked closely with the Divisional Chief Operating Officer on major installation contracts for Sky, Virgin Media, and Electric Ireland. This breadth of expertise proved invaluable when Jodie transitioned to a full-time role at Premier Linen Services in 2018 as Office Manager.
In this role, Jodie became a key figure in onboarding new customers, providing them with seamless support, and building lasting relationships as the friendly and reliable voice at the other end of the phone. Following a management changeover, Jodie shifted her focus to the financial side of the business, where she now serves as Finance Manager, applying her wealth of experience and dedication to ensuring Premier Linen Services’s continued growth and success.
