With 14 years of expertise in customer care, Nicola started at Kings Laundry in 2010 and later advanced to Healthcare & Hospitality Commercial Manager at Elis Textiles. Throughout her career, she has consistently championed innovative solutions to support her clients including designing an app for stock-taking, reject reporting, and customer service ratings.
